I am also a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of individuals, from those who want support with the normal challenges of life to those who suffer the effects of trauma or personality disorder.
My name is Marjorie Lewis. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), having graduated from the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy in Toronto in 2011.
I meet with my clients at my home office near Picton,
Prince Edward County, or in my virtual office on a secure medical platform, according to their preference.
When we are facing significant change, or when we cannot seem to make change happen, or when we feel unable to accept our circumstances, our relationships, or even ourselves; these are times when psychotherapy is an invaluable tool.
Psychotherapy is regular, accompanied self-inquiry.
It takes place in the context of conversation, usually once a week, one hour at a time.
The client’s work is
to be willing to be seen and to be heard,
and to be truthful.
